Andrzej Czyżowski
lawyer, a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, a founding partner of the firm.
Extensive comprehensive litigation knowledge based on many years of professional experience as the judge in courts of first and second instance and legal practice allows him to effectively conduct disputes before courts as well as participation in the negotiations aimed at avoiding these disputes. His preferred practice includes labour law and civil law. He regularly speaks in the press and on television as an expert in matters concerning current interpretation of the law.

Piotr Żukowski
Attorney at law and mediator. He graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Continuously since 2005, he has worked with law firms, which specialize in employment law and social security law as well as civil procedure. He is connected to Czyżowski Żukowski office since its beginning. He represents parties in proceedings relating to, among others: the appeal of termination of employment agreement, remuneration for work and overtime, compensation for non-competition indemnity or compensation for harassment, mobbing, discrimination, violation of dignity or personal rights of an employee, as well as in matters related to an appeal against the decision of the Social Insurance Institution. Outside the courtroom he provides employees, managers and HR professionals with comprehensive advice – drafting contracts, regulations and managing potential workplace conflict, which includes mediation support, aiding employers in negotiations with employees’ representatives, compliance programs, internal investigations and addressing known allegations of mobbing, harassment etc. He has many years of experience working in anti-mobbing committees. Piotr Żukowski also conducts trainings on all employment law issues in both English and Polish. His experience includes numerous trainings and workshops as well as guest lectures for law students, focusing on practical aspects of employment law issues. As a member of European Employment Lawyers Association and founding member of HR Lawyers Network he has a wide experience in legal HR issues of multinational companies and cooperates closely with employment lawyers in other European Union countries. He also participates in international conferences on employment law.
